Allows you to fold, measure, mark and press hems in one step. Great for purse handles, binding, hems, rounded corners, interior and mitred corners. Heat resistant - this thin accurate ruler can be pressed with a dry/ steam iron and allows the steam to pass through. It features a non-slip surface to hold fabric for precise results.
